Note: Please note that this Yoga Teacher's Training is based on the Science of Yoga – Chakra System It encompasses the teachings of Traditonal Yoga. Just for clarification we would like to point out that is is not only a Hatha Yoga Teacher's Training Program. In the yoga teacher's training we have 2 1/2 or 3 hours of Hatha Yoga asanas - integrating breath, form & alignment daily - 5 days per week Mon – Friday As well, this training also integrates and teaches the other forms of yoga namely, Chakra Yoga, Pranayama Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Yantra Yoga as well as introductions to Jnana Yoga, Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga & more. There will be also emphasis on Mantra Yoga (Study of Sacred Sound & Sanskrit Chanting) as well as lots of movement and dance.
