Chakra Yoga Training
This training is a comprehensive course in the complete Science of Yoga.
The Hatha (physical) section consists of 108 postures with variations and modifications for all ages.
The training in asana and pranayama (breathing) leads to control over many body functions, particularly the endocrine system with their hormone production,
and body/brain chemistry in general.
The pranayama section trains the student in the art of breathing in a very detailed way, then, through a series of progressive techniques which initiate psychological and physical detoxification. This is followed by contemplative breaths, concentration, empowerment, and methods of attaining
higher states of consciousness.
Raja Yoga (Royal yoga) is an important aspect of this education. Students are taught methods of visual concentration in a step by step way that leads to development of inner vision, as in a vision quest, opening Ajna chakra to unleash the power of mind for healing and manifestation.
With the added power of sound and mantra students are instructed in the use of specific sounds and frequencies for re-programming the mind and the empowerment of dormant mental abilities.
The Yantra yoga study brings in the intellectual understanding of time cycles connected to the chakra energies, while explaining the relation of frequency, time measurement, math, and geometry in the manifestation of the material world and beyond. Sacred Geometry in other words.
The meditational aspect of Jnana Yoga is taught in stages from contemplation to concentration to the achievement of meditational states in higher realms that produce peaceful bliss, and empowerment of the mind.
The course is scientifically based, containing many hours of videos on research done in Mind-Body medicine, neuro-biology, psychology and quantum physics. While being updated with current science, the connections are also established with historically ancient cultures beyond India such as the Egyptian and Mayan. which seemed to have had in-depth knowledge of the energy world recently discovered by “modern” civilization.
